Women’s General Health Program

Being a woman can be so wonderful and fun but if you suffer with gynaecological issues then it’s not so fun anymore, hey? A woman’s gynaecological health is so important to her overall well being extending past the ability to be able to have a baby.  If the menstrual cycle or vaginal health is in disarray it can be a direct reflection of her general health and it can mean that there is something deeper going on. Ideally, we wouldn’t have to contend with urinary tract infections, yeast infections, emotional distress from hormonal imbalances, and our periods would be regular, predictable and pain free, with absolutely no PMS. I know, I know, for some of you this sounds like a dream! Rest assured I am here to help by offering drug-free, non-invasive, natural solutions so that you can have an optimal menstrual cycle. This includes acupuncture, herbs, supplements, nutritional and lifestyle advice.

If you are going through peri-menopause or are already in the throws of menopause itself, I’m sure it has been a rollercoaster of symptoms of never knowing what to expect next. With my training I can offer natural health solutions to guide your body through these changes as smoothly as possible with the use of acupuncture, supplements, herbs, and lifestyle advice.

If you have been diagnosed with a medical condition, I can help with that too! I have experience in successfully treating symptoms associated with endometriosis, ovarian cysts, PCOS, and many other women’s health concerns.
